As promised, this episode is all about Podcasts. Podcasts

In the current digital age, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that this list contains the most resources from the top 50 list, to be more specific almost half of it! Podcasts are great sources of inspiration and can be listened to while traveling, sporting, walking the dogs, working behind the laptop, you name it. I have created a list of 23 Podcasts that Tech Experts go to for inspiration. Some might be well-known, others might be a surprise to you. Use them as a mindfeed and be inspired!

1. How I built this by Guy Raz
Great for inspiring stories of how successful entrepreneurs got started and how they navigated through difficulties — Sara Schaer, Kango
“How I built This” is a fantastic podcast for those who wish to understand the stories behind the world’s leading tech entrepreneurs. The podcast follows a narrative journey through the lives of many we know in the industry as leaders, innovators and idealists — Laura Fuentes, Infinity Dish

2. Master of Scale by Reid Hoffman
Most recently, I get inspiration from the Masters of Scale podcast because our purpose at Glennis Solutions is all about driving scalable, quailty innovative tech solutions in the growing senior housing industry. I enjoy returning again and again to my favorite reads including “The Pragmatic Programmer” and “Good to Great,” which ground me on the craft of software development and the craft of good leadership. — Ali Sareea, Glennis Solutions

3. The Tim Ferris Show
Listening to this podcast gives listeners a chance to hear from a wide cross section of world class performers — spanning many disciplines (business, academia, sports, etc.) — on their life experiences, tactics, tools, and routines. I love that these are long form interviews and you get to engage in a deeper understanding of how these inspirational individuals are wired and ultimately, learn from them — Sunil Rajasekar, Mindbody

4. Accidental Tech podcast
ATP is a weekly talkshow hosted by Marco Arment, Casey Liss, and John Siracusa talking about all things tech (especially surrounding the Apple ecosphere) and offers up-to-date insights on the latest technology news while providing great, real-world programming perspectives — Weston Happ, MerchantMaverick.com
would I be a true techie if I didn’t recommend these guys? I don’t think the hosts, Marco Arment, Casey Liss and John Siracusa, set out to be inspirational but their collective knowledge of the industry inspires me to want to do something that completely disrupts the industry — Robert Brandl, Website Tool Tester

5. The Pitch Podcast
I would recommend “The Pitch Podcast’’ to the entrepreneurs for inspiration because it is a good way of validating startup ideas from the experts. The podcast is an excellent source of motivation, and every entrepreneur should listen before the startup — Tim Culpepper, Conexa
This podcast is not only inspiring, but it also gives actionable tips that you can directly apply in your work. Podcasts are great for any entrepreneur as you can listen in the car or anytime you’re away from your desk — Pedro Pestana, Marosa, a tax technology company

6. Entrepreneurs on fire
Entrepreneurs on fire brings experts from all industries, including tech, to talk about their experience and growth in business. The best way to learn new things is by listening to real-life examples which is why I recommend all tech entrepreneurs to listen to the podcast — Malte Scholz, Airfocus

7. Eventual Millionaire by Jaime Masters
Jaime Masters is a master on the mic. Her interviews are always eye-opening and inspiring. One of my favorites was when she interviewed Rebecca Costa in the Evolution of Technology in Business episode — Michał Moroz, ResumeLab

8. Lead to win — Michael Hyatt
I’ve been following Michael for a few years now. I’ve learned many important lessons from him about being a good leader and professional, and also about dealing with my business. — Edward Eugen, 10Beasts.com

9. Remarkable people by Guy Kawasaki
My favorite podcast is called Remarkable People by Guy Kawasaki. He started the series over a year ago and so far he has talked with everyone from Jane Goodall to Phil Zimbardo to Martha Stewart, Arianna Huffington, Tim Ferriss, Sal Khan and Andrew Yang. Guy is a remarkable person too so I learn something with every conversation and each one is so interesting and thoughtful. Many great lessons in each one’s path of detours on the way to success. As an entrepreneur and business owner I find these stories are very motivating and inspiring — Paige Arnof-Fenn, Mavens & Moguls

10. The Goal digger Podcast
I would recommend “The Goal Digger Podcast” as the best source of inspiration for entrepreneurs. It is helpful to learn business hacks, social media, and marketing strategies, productivity tips. The podcast also shares inspirational stories to help listeners to design their dream careers. — CJ Xia, Boster Biological Technology

11. Small business, big Marketing
I know you ask for a top 5 but I’m just going to go straight into my number one favourite podcast, it absolutely has to be Tim Reeds ‘Small Business, Big Marketing’ podcast. As the host himself says it is absolutely full of marketing GOLD. I’m not a marketer by trade, I’m in tech but an entrepreneur at heart and Tim’s podcast is a seemingly never ending supply of amazing stories of other peoples entrepreneurship, the highs and the lows and amazing insights into how they’ve done what they have. He covers everybody from small businesses right up to mega success story unicorns like Canva. Simply cannot recommend it enough! — Matthew Gribben, farmison.com.

12. Waveform: The MKBHD Podcast
As someone who is interested in tech reviews, professional insight, and the most up-to-date information in the field, I love this podcast because it has it all! Industry veterans, degenerate gamblers & besties Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, David Sacks & David Friedberg cover all things economic, tech, political, social & poker.

14. Reply all
This podcast does an excellent job of exploring the mutualism that exists between technology and humans. Being in the tech space, it’s easy to forget that technology exists to make human beings’ lives easier but this podcast helps me reframe my thinking around my business and keep the person on the other side of the screen top of mind — Robert Brandl, Website Tool Tester

15. The Vergecast
Hosted by Nilay Patel and Dieter Bohn, alongside a cavalcade of tech luminaries, Vergecast is the only podcast you need to make sense of the week in tech news. The weekly show gives an irreverent and informative look at what’s happening right now (and next) in the world of technology and gadgets.

16. This week in Startup podcast by Jason Calacanis
According to the host, the most interesting, outrageous & illuminating stories from the world of entrepreneurship

17. The YeuKai Business Show
“Uk’s Premier Business Show”. Dedicated to helping business owners and entrepreneurs succeed through expert knowledge of our highly esteemed and accomplished guests. You might want to check out episode 288.

18. School of Greatness — Lewis Howes
Episodes range from interviews with incredible world-class game changers in entrepreneurship, health, mindset, and relationships, to solo rounds with the host, Lewis Howes, and the once a week listener-favorite, the 5-Minute Friday format.

19. Startup podcast by gimlet Media
A show about what it’s really like to start a business. Very interesting topics and guests.

20. Ask Gary Vee
Gary Vee is a very successful, serial entrepreneur. Of course there are many others out there, like Grant Cardone, but I like Gary’s show a lot. No BS, just plain and simple answering all kinds of questions from entrepreneurs (to be). Great success on youtube, now available as podcast.

21. Heavy networking
An unabashedly nerdy swan dive into networking technology. Weekly episodes feature industry experts, real-life network engineers and vendors sharing useful information to keep your professional knowledge sharp. Published weekly and roughly an hour long, we interview a wide range of guests from the tech community, standards bodies, academia, vendors and more.

22. Tech Talkers Quick and Dirty tips to Navigate the Digital world
The host of this show really understands that most of us are always on some form of time crunch and keeps his episodes short, sweet and packed full of useful tidbits. What I particularly like is that he gives just enough info to get the gears moving, but the interpretation and implementation is completely up to me mind — Robert Brandl, Website Tool Tester

23. The Growth Show
The Growth Show is a podcast all about growth. The hosts Sebastian Kunz and Serhat Kaya are exploring the topic from different perspectives with different guest speakers. Especially from the personal as well as business perspective of their speakers. The speakers are mostly successful entrepreneurs with an amazing track record, growth hackers, practitioners of interesting marketing tactics and growth hacks, coaches and other amazing and interesting people with different touchpoints with the topic behind growth itself.
